Quality marketing collateral combined with effective use of advertising and outreach platforms was the primary focus for a successful launch at The Columbia Residences.
Leveraging platforms such as Meta Business Suite and Mailchimp, our team crafted visually captivating campaigns to engage potential buyers and generate qualified leads.
The strategy included carousel ad formats to highlight key features and dynamic video ads to effectively communicate the project’s offerings. Emphasizing the project's unique selling points, the campaigns targeted homebuyers seeking new construction homes in Westside Vancouver.
